1. Service Description
ListingClip generates short-form cinematic videos from your property photos. You upload photos, provide a property description, and we deliver a finished video to your email.
2. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. If we are unable to generate your video due to a technical issue on our end, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days. Refund requests for completed videos must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected].
3. Video Ownership & Usage
Once delivered, you own full rights to use your ListingClip video for marketing your property on any platform including social media, listing sites, and your own website. You may not resell the video as a standalone product or redistribute it as part of a competing video generation service.
4. Listing Content
You represent that you have the right to use the photos and descriptions you upload. ListingClip is not responsible for copyright claims arising from content you do not own.
5. Aerial Footage
Aerial opener footage included in applicable tiers is sourced from licensed stock libraries and matched to your property's general region. It is not custom drone footage of your specific property.
6. Delivery Timeline
Most videos are delivered within 10 minutes. Aerial opener packages may take up to 30 minutes. We do not guarantee specific delivery times. If your video has not arrived within 2 hours, contact us for a status update or refund.
7. Annual Refresh
The Annual Refresh subscription entitles you to one refreshed video per year for the same listing. The subscription renews automatically. You may cancel at any time by emailing us before your renewal date.
8. Limitation of Liability
ListingClip is provided “as is.” Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific video in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ListingClip after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your order.
