When you use ListingClip, we collect: your email address (to deliver your video), the photos and property description you provide, your selected video preferences, and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver your video
• Process payments via Stripe
• Send order confirmations and delivery emails
• Improve our service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ListingClip:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — hosting and video delivery
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated voiceover scripts
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voiceover

Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your email and order details for 12 months to support re-delivery requests and annual refresh subscriptions. Generated videos are stored on Cloudflare Stream and available for download for 90 days after creation.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your information within 30 days.

6. Cookies

ListingClip does not use tracking cookies. We use only essential cookies required for payment processing through Stripe.
